1. Handmade Items (Shipped by Froggy Del Rio Farm)

Handmade crafts and farm‑made products are packaged and shipped directly from our farm in Pennsylvania.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Method:
We use standard shipping through USPS unless otherwise noted.

Delivery Time:
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

 

2. Printful Merchandise (Shipped Separately)

Merchandise such as shirts, hoodies, mugs, and other printed items are fulfilled and shipped by our print‑on‑demand partner, Printful.

Processing Time:
Printful typically fulfills orders within 2–7 business days.

Shipping Time:
Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after fulfillment.

Separate Packages:
If you order both handmade items and Printful merch, they will arrive in separate packages.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your shipping address.

• Handmade items use our farm’s shipping rates

• Printful items use Printful’s shipping rates

These may appear separately during checkout.

 

4. Donations

Donations do not require shipping.
If your cart contains only a donation, no shipping charges will apply.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.
Tracking information will be included when available.

 

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
