Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Froggy Del Rio Farm. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we do our best to provide clear, fair refund guidelines. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for handmade items, Printful merchandise, and donations.

 

1. Handmade Items (Shipped by Froggy Del Rio Farm)

Because our handmade items are crafted individually, all sales are final unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and, if possible, a photo of the problem.

We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

 

2. Printful Merchandise (Print‑on‑Demand Items)

Printful handles fulfillment and shipping for all printed merchandise (shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.).

Printful offers refunds or replacements for:

  • Misprints

  • Damaged items

  • Items that arrive defective

If you receive a Printful item with an issue, contact us at gfrog857@verizon.net and we will coordinate with Printful to resolve it.

Please note:
Printful does not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or preference changes.

 

3. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non‑refundable.
No physical items are shipped for donations.

 

4. Order Cancellations

Orders for handmade items may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Printful orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

 

5. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

To request help with an order, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond as quickly as possible and work to resolve the situation.

 

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy as needed. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
